Description
This spectacular roller coaster for mountain bikers is 6 km long. Over 200 steep curves, jumps and waves characterize the descent to Klosters. 50 banked curves await the drivers, which a driver with good technique can master without braking. More than 30 tables – flattened mounds of earth with steep entrances – rise into the air. The combinations of high jumps, hard waves and even vertical turns are only suitable for experienced riders.
The GotschnaFreeride Trail impresses with pure driving pleasure, thanks to the moderately steep terrain from Gotschnaboden down to the valley station of the Gotschna gondola lift. The model for the new trail in Klosters was the legendary Whistler A-Line on Whistler Mountain in Canada. The overwhelmingly positive reactions of the first season show that Davos Klosters has succeeded in creating a trail with good flow for all riding levels.
