Description
: From the Triemel mountain station, follow the chairlift to Berghaus Hochwang. About 300 m after the mountain house, the path branches off to the left (signposted "Arflina"). After a short climb you gain the gentle slopes below Cunggel and Mittagsspitz and soon see the culmination point Arflinafurgga. From the pass, the path leads in an easterly direction to the Berghaus Arflina.
Start Heuberge: The path rolled by snow groomers leads from the 2000 meter high mountain house Arflina over several plateaus up to Arflinafurgga (2246 m). This pass connects the valleys Prättigau and Schanfigg - the view now shows the Arosa and Lenzerheider mountains and towards Surselva. After a short descent you reach the Faninpass, where you can catch another glimpse of the mountain range of the Rätikon with the Schweizertor.
