Description

In the direction of Ascharina, the Gasthaus Bellawiese (Berenwies) is located after 1km. From the Bellawiese the trail leads southwards to the Alpbach. Here you meet the ascent track which rises from the post bus station "Ascharina Alpbachbrücke" along the Alpbach. Follow this further in a southeasterly direction until shortly before the Aschariner Alp, at the so-called Mälchstäin (Usmälchi, 1930 m above sea level), you climb in a southerly direction up to the Fürggli (2255 m above sea level). Over the ridge you reach the Jägglisch Horn in a westerly direction.

You drive over the southwest ridge down to Tälfsch, or if there is enough snow down to Küblis. A beautiful descent where you cover almost 1500 meters of altitude. You can return to St. Antönien by post bus or return directly with the RhB.

On the northern descent from the Jägglischhorn you drive down to the stream and along it to Vordersäss and down to Ascharina. (Don't underestimate avalanche danger on the northern slopes!)

attention! During ascent and descent, observe the Wildruhezone Jägglischhorn. Thank you for respecting the nature!

Geheimtipp

Make a stopover at the Gürgetschhof and buy goat's cheese or dried meat as provisions.
