Motta Naluns – Alp Clünas – Mot da l’Hom – Alp Laret - Ftan

We cover the first metres in altitude with the mountain railway, which takes us up to 2135m. From the mountain station we start in the direction of Chamanna Naluns and continue to the Chamanna Schlivera ski hut. We pass the hut on the left and follow the signpost Alp Clünas. Enjoy the view of the Scuol home mountains. From Alp Clünas we follow the path in the direction of Mot da l'Hom. At the highest point of the path (2498m) it is worth making another detour to Mot da l'Hom. For the downhill to Alp Laret, it is best to return to the trail. A break is recommended there, as the alpine inn is known for its South Tyrolean specialities. After Alp Laret, the descent towards Ftan follows. Here you can choose the Alpfahrweg, which gives views of the Piz Buin and the Val Tasna, or the steeper hiking trail (junction at 2086m). Both lead us to Ftan, where the bus stop is located on the village square.
