Details

Description

The Ardez night trail is a shortened version of the Ardez: Il Lai trail. It starts at the eastern end of the village of Ardez on the road towards Ftan. Through a mostly flat landscape, you can make a beautiful loop even during the dark hours.  

The light switch for the night trail is located at the Transformer at the start of the trail. Once switched on, the lights stay on until 11.00 pm and then switch off automatically.

The trail is groomed regularly when conditions are good. Please note the condition reports in the winter sports report.

The tour was assessed in favourable weather conditions, the current snow and weather conditions must be taken into account before setting off.

With the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau, from the Upper Engadine or from Scuol) hourly to Ardez station

Anreise Information

  • From the north: via Landquart - Klosters by car transport through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via the Flüela Pass to the Lower Engadine on H27
  • From the east: via Landeck / Austria in the direction of St. Moritz on H27
  • From the south: via Reschenpass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofenpass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27

Paid parking spaces at the railway station in Ardez and at the school building at the eastern end of the village
