Description

From Samnaun-Laret it goes over the Schergenbach and immediately after the bridge left towards Mot Grond. After the work yard and the pasture Clis Grond the little road leads steadily slightly uphill to Mot Grond, where the view opens up to Spiss (AUT). It also has a barbecue area on Mot Grond. On the same way it goes back to Samnaun-Laret.

Samnaun-Laret: A picturesque village in the Samnaun Valley, known for its traditional Swiss charm, alpine meadows and forests.

During the ascent, you will cross lush meadows and dense forests offering a variety of flora and fauna.

Panoramic views: the higher you get, the more expansive the views become and, with a bit of luck, you may even spot wildlife.

Be considerate when crossing and overtaking hikers. Most of the mountain bike routes in Graubünden run on single trails that are also signposted as hiking trails. Hikers always have the right of way.

Anreise Information

From the north: via Landquart - Klosters by car transport through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via the Flüela pass into the Lower Engadine on the H27, from Vinadi turn left towards Samnaun.
From the east: via Landeck / Austria in the direction of Reschenpass on the B180, from Kajetansbrücke in the direction of Spiss - Samnaun on the L348
From the south: via Reschenpass to Kajetansbrücke, there direction Spiss - Samnaun on the L348
