Description

The run starts at the Dario Cologna cross-country centre in Davos. As a short warm-up route, the trail leads across Davos up to the Davos Congress Centre. At the bus stop, the trail leads up Scalettastrasse to the Hohe Promenade and then in large bends on the Thomas Mann Trail, on the sunny side of Davos, through snowy forests up to the Schatzalp, steeped in history.

From the Schatzalp, the winter hiking trail climbs once again to the Strela Alp and on to the Strela Pass. The way back is along the same path down to the Schatzalp. If you want to take a break on the way down, you can treat yourself to some hearty specialities in the cosy mountain restaurant on the large sun terrace with its fantastic alpine panorama. From Schatzalp, you can decide whether you want to go down on foot or with the Schatzalp cable car.

Geheimtipp

Enjoy the wonderful view on the sun terrace of the Strela Alp.
