Rates and Payment

Why do graubündenCARD holders have to pay extra for the lift ticket for Early Bird skiing?

There are no local rates for the graubündenCARD. The regular prices apply.
Does the advance purchase price still apply if a child’s birthday is on 30 April?
Yes, the graubündenCARD can be purchased at the advance purchase price. Example: if the person is under 18 years of age before the purchase, the teenager rate applies, or if the child is under 6 years of age before the purchase, the infant rate applies (no ticket required). Further information can be found in the General Terms on page 2 under ‘Age Groups and Definition of Family’.
Can the graubündenCARD be paid for with REKA-Pay?
The cable car companies are obliged to accept at least 50 per cent of the total amount in REKA-Pay when selling a graubündenCARD. They may accept more, but do not have to.

Ordering

What must you send when ordering a new graubündenCARD?
New customers purchase the data carrier for CHF 10.00. The data carrier is loaded at the time of ordering and handed over or shipped to the new customer. Digital ordering (order form in PDF format, digital photos) is particularly suitable for new customers.

Required documents:

  • photo
  • families: Confirmation of Residence for Family graubündenCARD

What must you send when renewing a graubündenCARD?
When you renew your graubündenCARD, you must take the data carrier to the ticket office of a cable car operator so that it can be loaded with the relevant entitlements.

Existing customers can have the data carrier reloaded and pay for it directly at the ticket office of a cable car operator. They can then use the cable cars without interruption.

Existing customers can also do this by sending the data carrier with the completed order form by post to a cable car operator (see address list).

Orders can also be placed digitally by submitting the completed order form, digital photos, the Confirmation of Residence for a Family graubündenCARD and, for children/teenagers, copies of their ID or passport by email to a cable car operator (see address list). The entitlements can then only be loaded onto the data carrier at the cable car company where the graubündenCARD was renewed.
