The lush, diverse meadows and pastures that picturesquely stretch around the farm form the natural source of food for our cherished animals. The numerous majestic trees and the unique dry meadows provide the ideal habitat for an almost endless variety of insects and a colourful flock of birds. As a proud member of the Gran Alpin producers' association, Biohof Dusch is passionately committed to the protection and care of traditional mountain farming. On the fertile arable land, organic mountain grain thrives in full splendour. Through the cultivation of buckwheat and emmer, the precious knowledge of long-forgotten arable crops as well as old varieties of the mountain region is lovingly preserved.
