Biohof Gudigliel, Cumbel

Our organic farm is located at 1200 m above sea level on the sunny side of the Val Lumnezia on the border between Cumbel and Vella.

We have been cultivating our approximately 29 hectares of land since 2002 according to the guidelines of Bio-Suisse. Every year we sow about 2 hectares of grain for Gran Alpin. On our farm we keep Rhaetian grey cattle, Engadine sheep and some goats. In summer, a few pigs are added.

Our animals spend the summer on the alp, where the cow's and goat's milk is processed into fine alpine cheese and butter, and the lambs and gitzis mature into tender lamb and goat meat.

Our products are available directly from the farm, in self-service shops, by post, by home delivery or at the weekly market in Chur (May-October). We will be happy to serve you by telephone appointment.
