Herb hike/workshop: Wild herb tavolata from Carrera

Hiking route: Carrera Campsite - Erlawisli - Foppatälaloch - Roggarüti Hut - Versam Isla Bord

We start at the Carrera campsite, where we already meet the first tasty wild herbs. On the way towards the "Erlawiesli" wetland we discover more delicacies on the
Wayside. Now it's through the forest, where you'll learn how conifers and deciduous trees can be used in the kitchen. In the Roggarüti hut we conjure up a "herbal tavolata" and then enjoy it - depending on the weather - either in the cozy hut or on the outdoor seating area.
Freshly strengthened, we cover the last kilometre to the Isla Bord viewpoint, where we can take a look at the imposing Rhine Gorge. From there, the post bus will take us back
to the Carrera campsite.

Meeting point: 1:00 p.m., Carrera campsite / End: 6:23 p.m., departure Postbus Isla Bord - 6:30 p.m., arrival Carrera
Equipment: Good shoes, clothing adapted to the weather and season, drink for the road, rain or sun protection,
personal medication, food herbal tavolata, some of which we prepare together
Requirements: Fitness for 5 km of hiking; the walking time is about 1.5 hours, but we are on the road longer because we take our time for the herbs.
