Guided tour of the Davos Museum of Medicine – "Women in the focus of Davos' sanatorium history": Learn more about the medical challenges at the height of tuberculosis and how "those up here" dealt with it. In this medical-historical tour, you will hear how Davos became the most important high-altitude health resort in Europe. The focus is particularly on women, who played a central role in the history of sanatoriums and made Davos a very special place.

Guided tour Schatzalp – the last surviving sanatorium: Experience the everyday life of the sanatorium guests of the time in this Art Nouveau jewel. On a medical and architectural history tour, you will take a look behind the scenes of the former luxury sanatorium. On this extraordinary journey into the past, you will also learn about the monument preservation work that is being carried out by ETH Zurich in what is now the Hotel Schatzalp.

Presentation "Thomas Mann's 'Magic Mountain' – A Search for Traces in the Archive": Get an insight into the important holdings of the Thomas Mann Archive "down there" at ETH Zurich. Although the extensive original manuscript of Thomas Mann's "The Magic Mountain" was lost during the Second World War, Thomas Mann's handwritten estate and library contain numerous traces of the novel's genesis and impact.
