The longtime star chef, Roland Schmid, made the Restaurant Pinot a place of exceptional culinary delights. A contemporary, regional, fresh cuisine is a matter of course for us. Daily changing dishes, also for vegetarians. Approx. 260 selected wines with emphasis on the region, always also 8 different wines by the glass. Open daily. Pure pleasure. Description

The Pinot complements the ensemble of the Klinik Gut in Fläsch as an island of culinary delights with a suitable ambience and a unique terrace in the beautiful garden. Enjoy the daily changing seasonal offer for lunch from the famous star chef, Roland Schmid. In the afternoon our homemade cake, homemade ice cream specialties, a PINOT - Plättli or a Cervelatsalat with a glass of wine. Our weekly highlight is the gourmet evening on Thursdays from 6 pm. The food is fresh, contemporary and in time with the four seasons. Sometimes with regional accents, sometimes international. Always with love and passion, simple, honest and perfect in taste. The creations combine the new with the traditional. Roland Schmid likes to find the best food from local producers. A good glass of wine is also optimally matched to the dish. Let yourself be inspired. The restaurant Pinot was awarded with the "Bib Gourmand" MICHELIN Switzerland, which means best price-performance ratio as well as with 90 points at "Falstaff".
