Description
The old stable next to Jakobshorn valley station has been extensively renovated, preserving its original structures and rustic character. The result is a two-storey restaurant with a bar and seating for around 120 people, which is the contemporary definition of cosy - straightforward, cozy and cuddly. Après ski aperitifs are served from 16:00 h, meals from 18:00 h, the bar remains open until midnight.
There is a down-to-earth, honest cuisine but you always taste an extra idea of love and curiosity. The creations are carried out by chef Paride Giuri, who returns to his homeland with his dedication - the 27 year old grew up in Davos and is convinced that a restaurant like Stall Valär is exactly what Europ's highest city was lacking.
