Delicious European and Engadine cuisine in the heart of Silvaplana

Description

Martin Tullus is originally from Estonia Setomaa in the southern part of Estonia and worked with us as a sous chef for many years before becoming head chef of Stüva Engiadina Kitchen.

Seasonal and fresh products from the Graubünden wine-growing regions find their place in a creative way in the Albana gourmet and natural cuisine. But what would life be without a healthy dose of "dolce"? Be sure to try one of our homemade desserts or our original Engadine nut cake.

The Stüva Engiadina is closed in May and November. In the winter and summer seasons we are open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and serve hot meals throughout the day.
