The winners will be contacted immediately after the end of the competition (usually within 48 hours).
The winners must contact the organizer by e-mail within 96 hours of being contacted by the organizer, otherwise the prize will be awarded elsewhere and the claim will be forfeited. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure that they can receive the organizer's e-mail properly (in particular with regard to spam settings/junk mails, etc.).
A residence in Switzerland, Germany, Austria or the Principality of Liechtenstein is a prerequisite for the distribution of prizes.
Prizes in kind will be sent to the address provided by the winners. It is not possible to convert non-cash prizes into a cash payment. The winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.
Legal recourse is excluded. With the exception of the winners, no correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw.
7. Expiration
If it is not possible to pay out a prize to an identified person, the claim to the prize is forfeited. The claim to the prize is also forfeited if the person determined refuses to accept the prize.
The same applies if it only becomes apparent after the draw that the person who won was excluded from participation or that the conditions for exclusion were met.
8. Premature termination
The organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
In this case, there is no entitlement to a prize. The organizer shall decide at its own discretion whether the competition is to be repeated and whether entries already made must be resubmitted.
9. Legal recourse and liability of the organizer
No correspondence will be entered into about the competition. Legal recourse is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to payment of the prizes.
The organizer is only liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for negligent injury to life, limb or health. Communication via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and available at all times.
Furthermore, no liability is assumed if e-mails or data entries do not meet the requirements set out there and cannot be transmitted as a result.
