Description

There are almost 1000 meters of altitude to climb up to Fuorcla Surlej, but the view of Piz Bernina with the famous Biancograd and the surrounding mountains makes up for many a drop of sweat. The descent first takes us below Piz Surlej, and the view down into the valley and over Lake Sils opens up more and more. The descent to the Hahnensee requires concentration. Don't miss out on a rest at the idyllic moorland lake before the descent to Surlej. Lake Silvaplana and Lake Sils are always in view, with Pizzo Badile looming on the horizon.
