Description

Immediately after the start in Ilanz, the first crisp ascent begins on the gravel road to Flond. The route then continues less steeply along forest and woodland paths to Surcuolm and finally up to the Bündner Rigi. After this feat of strength of almost 1000 meters in altitude, it is worth recharging your batteries on the sun terrace of the restaurant of the same name and enjoying the unique view of the Rhine Gorge and the surrounding mountains. After a well-earned rest, the route leads through the forest and over open terrain down to the original villages of Morissen and Vella.
