Details

Description

At the beginning, the trail climbs steeply to Plan Lo (about 2250 m). From here it crosses towards the west below the massif of Piz Duan with a very beautiful view of the Sciora group and the Bergell. At the alpine buildings of Cadrin, the rather direct descent to Soglio (1100 m) starts. In Soglio there are some restaurants where you can once again  enjoy the view with coffee and cake in a sunny location.

Geheimtipp

After the hike, stop off for dinner in Soglio. With a view of the Sciora group...

Sicherheitshinweis

The ascent and descent are steep, but the trail does not present any major technical challenges.

Ausrüstung

Hikingshoes, water and snacks

Directions

From the parking at the Vicosoprano Sports Center, walk in the direction of Durbegia - Via Panoramica. After a few hundred metres, leave the dirt road and follow the trail that turns right between two stone walls towards Plan Lo. From here, continue uphill along the marked path until you reach the Alps of Sdarva and Plan Lo.

At Plan Lo, a trail turns off towards Casaccia via the Val da Cam. The Panoramica Alta, on the other hand, crosses to the left, heading west. The route to Cadrin continues without any major differences in altitude or technical difficulties. At the alpine buildings of Cadrin, the trail leads steeply downhill, via Plan Vest and Tombal to Soglio.
