Rundwanderung Samedan - Bever - Spinas - Samedan

From Samedan to Lei da Gravatscha there are various possibilities. The route described here follows the left bank of the Inn. There are hard pavement passages and street noise, but also very charming passages of the successful renatured river landscape of the Inn. The traverse across the valley to Bever follows a road and is not very attractive. The hiking trail into the Val Bever is all the more beautiful. Along the hiking trail is the fairytale trail. 
The route proposed here in Spinas does not follow the hiking trail but the Resgia - Prasüratsch, which bypasses the Spinas railway station in a northerly direction. Construction work is currently underway there for the Albula Tunnel of the Rhaetian Railway. At San Güerg you will find a rail band that used to be used as a siding or as a feeder track. At point 1838 you come back to the marked mountain path further into the Val Bever. From the inn, the road goes back to Bever. On older maps, this route was still listed as a hiking trail. The road follows the embankment of the railway. Another former mountain trail is the path through the God da Cuas to Acla, where you come across the Via Engiadina. The path leads charmingly through the mountain forest. 
Follow the marked Via Engiadina for a short time. If there is no shooting operation, you can climb along the forest road directly to the 300-meter shooting range. From there you follow the hiking trail and the path of biodiversity La Senda. The path leads along the sunny slope above Samedan. Like in an arena, you always have beautiful views over the village and over the Upper Engadine and against Pontresina. The descent follows charmingly along the municipal border Samedan - Celerina. Again and again boundary stones can be seen. On the valley floor you follow the hiking trail along the old Engadinstrasse. The trail passes through the Pro Natura area of Viergas/Chalchera, where there is a flat bog of national importance. For the way back to the worth seeing village of Samedan you can follow the hiking trail or the San Bastiaun, which also corresponds to the historical path.
