Description
The tour starts at the Gotschna valley station and in the first section leads us slightly downhill on the Prättigau route along the rushing Landquart river to Gulfia. Shortly afterwards you pass under the imposing 525-metre-long Sunniberg bridge. Here it is worth taking a look at the massive height of the bridge pillars. After another two kilometres you reach Serneus, an idyllic Walser settlement with refreshment facilities. Here the ascent to the Schifer begins with a pleasant gradient. A little below the Schiferstation, the trail turns left onto the Rütipromenade. Follow this path through beautiful, wooded sections with views of the surrounding mountain landscape back to the starting point at the Gotschna valley station, where the eventful e-bike round tour ends after about one and a half hours.
Geheimtipp
Before the ascent towards Schifer, take a break at the Gotschna Restaurant and enjoy the sun on the beautiful terrace.
