Description
In Splügen/Rheinwald at 1,500 m above sea level, a total of 38 km of classic and skating cross-country ski trails are at your disposal. The cross-country skiing center at Camping Splügen is equipped with changing rooms, showers, WC, kiosk and a waxing room. The Splügen/Rheinwald cross-country ski trails have been awarded the Swiss Tourism Seal of Quality Level 1. This guarantees athletes optimal conditions.

Cross-country skiing in the evening
The following rules apply to ensure optimum trail preparation and to allow our wildlife to rest.
- Evening cross-country skiing is only possible on the valley trail
- Entire valley trail (Splügen - Nufenen 13km)
- Tuesday until 22:00
- Thursday until 22:00
- Small loop (Erla-Camping, training trail 1.5km
- daily until 22:00
The trail is not specially prepared for evening cross-country skiing and is not illuminated. So take your flashlight with you.
Geheimtipp
The Tambo panoramic trail on the Tanatzhöhi (skating only) offers a wonderful view and is a welcome change from the trails in the valley.

Cross-country skiing equipment can be hired from Splügen Sport.
Directions
The Splügen training trail begins and ends at the cross-country skiing center at Camping Splügen.
The route is signposted as follows: turquoise signposts with the name of the trail and the kilometers.
