Description

The hiking trail starts at the Madrisa cable car station car park and heads for Schlifitschuggen on the Schlappinstrasse. Leave the road there and continue walking along the right side of the valley as far as Schlappin. The trail branches to the left before the Restaurant Gemsli, rising gently at first through the forest and then passing through beautiful alpine meadows towards Zügen. After a pleasant rise you pass the little Zügenhüttli and then enjoy a leisurely descent via Büelen to the Madrisa mountain station.

The Alp’s first themed adventure park is located on the Madrisa, which is also accessible for people with physical disabilities and the visual impaired. Immerse yourself in the world of alpine legends. Over 90 legends and folk tales from the region are brought to life in the Madrisa Land.
