Show all 9 images
The winter hike from Vella to Lumbrein leads past the idyllic bathing lake Davos Munts.
Details
Description
The first part of the hike leads from Vella to the bathing lake Davos Munts. On this section it usually goes straight ahead, just right to warm up. After the bathing lake Davos Munts, the path leads past the hills of Val Tiarm. This is followed by a short, but somewhat steeper descent through the ravine from Val Tiarm to Vignogn. Above the village of Vignogn begins the long ascent via Dimaz and Pastais. From Planezzas it goes on the mostly snow-cleared road down to the village of Lumbrein.
