Organic meat assortment

• Organic yak: The farm shop offers a variety of products such as minced meat, appetizers, slices, fillet, rump, sausages, grilled snails, biscuits à la min, entrecote, steak, saddle steak, oven meat loaf and homemade sausages.
• Organic lamb: The assortment includes minced meat, chops, whole gigot, gigot steak, fillet and rolled roast.
• Organic sheep: Minced meat, curry bratwurst, cervelas, Wienerli, cheese sausages and fillet are available.
• Organic turkey: Minced meat, sliced meat, appetizers, schnitzel, rolled roast, skewers and inner fillet are offered.
• Organic pork: The assortment includes minced meat, slices, biscuits from the kidney piece, chops, bratwurst, head sausage and much more.

Organic Salsiz and Dried Meat Products

• The farm shop presents a selection of salsiz and salami from yak and sheep, backpack knockers and homemade dried meat from yak, cider crumbs, as well as raw ham, bacon and coppa from pork.

• Depending on the season, the farm shop enriches its offer with homemade delicacies such as syrup, spreads, pear bread, fruit bread, Linzer cakes, cream ice cream, Totenbeinli and postcards.
