Body & Soul Retreat in Bergün

Treat yourself to mindfulness, exciting bodywork sessions, experiencing nature in the mountains and wellness enjoyment: The "Body & Soul" retreat offers a unique combination to do something good for yourself. 
The retreat takes place in the award-winning, historic Kurhaus Bergün with a unique ambience, beautiful surroundings and fine cuisine.

Retreat Content

• Morning sessions with yoga and meditation
• In the morning, little theory (e.g. Wheel of Consent) and many exercises in mindfulness, communication and touch / sensory experience
• Guided touch exercises, e.g. light massage exercises, trying out different touch qualities, closeness, distance, etc.
• Various exercises from the MBSR program (stress management with mindfulness)
• Afternoon program with mindful walking in nature, in contact with all elements, yourself and the group
• Space and time for wellness (bathing and/or sauna) or individual free time before dinner
• On Wednesday afternoons, a Lomi Lomi massage or a mindful massage (without oil) can be booked at Lioba.

• 3 nights in the Kurhaus Bergün in a single or double room with private bathroom or shared bathroom.
• 22 lessons with two instructors
• Exercises in the wonderful relaxation pavilion and hiking in beautiful mountains (hiking time: 2.5 hours)
