Electric motorcycle tour ruta centrala

On the ruta centrala you can expect a unique mixture of nature, culture and culinary delights. The Swiss National Park, the Engadine Lake District with the Diavolezza/Bernina glacier world, plus a detour to Heidi Village: the tour leads from one highlight to the next over 200 kilometres. Simply add detours to the Bear Sanctuary, the Cavaglia Glacier Mills or the Viamala Gorge.

Day 1: Chur–Zernez

After a short break in the hospice at the top of the pass, we cross the Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadine. In the pretty Engadine mountain village of Susch lies the Muzeum Susch, which shows modern art that deals with the Engadine. If you want to be prepared for the national park hike the next day, you can get to know the animals and plants of the nature reserve at the National Park Centre in Zernez.

Day 2: Zernez

The Val Trupchun in the Swiss National Park is an Eldorado for wildlife watchers. Whether ibex, red deer, chamois, marmots or bearded vultures – the idyllic side valley is the best place to see the "Big 5" of the Alps. The four-hour circular hike into the Val Trupchun with start and finish in S-chanf leads through mixed forests, over bridges and past two rest areas.

Day 3: Zernez–Bergün

The excursion mountain Diavolezza near Pontresina impresses with its view of the Bernina massif. Part of it: the Piz Bernina, the only four-thousand-metre peak in Graubünden. Over the Albula Pass – one of the most beautiful Alpine passes in Europe – the route continues to Bergün, where visitors can learn exciting facts about Graubünden's railway history in the railway museum .

Day 4: Bergün–Chur

One village further on, in Filisur, the next highlight follows with the Landwasser Viaduct . Three viewing platforms offer the best view of the imposing structure of the Rhaetian Railway. If you still have some time, you can add the Rhine Gorge .
