Advent Mindfulness in Ilanz

The sports promotion of the municipality of Ilanz/Glion organizes a gentle yoga lesson to find peace in the hectic Advent season.
Bring your own mat or contact Tara if you don't have one. No registration is required, but you are welcome to register at tara.meier@ilanz-glion.ch.
The lesson is suitable for beginners and participation is free of charge.
