For the second time, Joël Ellenberger dares to share the kitchen of IGNIV by Andreas Caminada in Bad Ragaz with one of his colleagues. Pascal Steffen is Rising Star of the Year 2024 and cooks with 2 Michelin stars at "roots" in Basel. In the restaurant on the banks of the Rhine, the focus is on vegetables, fish and meat play more of a minor role. With craftsmanship and high-quality products from the region, they invite guests to fine dining in a pleasant living room atmosphere.

Quite untypical for the IGNIV, guests do not expect surprise courses this time, but a rather classic menu sequence with eight courses, which they interpret within their concept. So you can be curious to see how the two star chefs complement each other and look forward to a unique menu.
