Yoga Nidra Workshop

Self-Accountability & Self-Effectiveness.
Description
Yoga Nidra is a body-related meditation and relaxation practice.
In this country, Yoga Nidra is mainly considered a technique for deep relaxation. Originally, however, it was developed as a spiritual practice. The mind should be stilled and cleared so that deep states of meditation become possible. In a society where burnout syndromes and stress-related illnesses are common, Yoga Nidra is becoming increasingly popular because the practice relaxes on a physical, mental, and emotional level.
