At the alpine cheese dairy, cheese and curd are made over an open fire. You can watch them being made by hand the traditional way, as well as taste the many varieties produced at the cheese buffet. The idyllic alpine hut is located close to the Morteratsch Glacier, 5km from Pontresina, surrounded by nature. It is easily reached on foot, by bike or train (train stop Morteratsch).

Book by 5 pm the day before, and you can enjoy a delicious brunch. This includes a substantial cheese buffet, fresh smoked curd cheese, smoked alpine sausage and alpine butter, as well as honey, jam, fruits, various types of bread, and of course orange juice, coffee, tea and milk.

Cheese making: from the beginning of July to mid-August, daily 9-11 am and 1-3 pm; from mid-August to the end of September, 9.30 am -noon.

Brunch: daily 9.30 - 11.30 am from the beginning of July to the end of September (reservation mandatory)
