Description

The first and oldest restaurant in St. Moritz, "Le Lapin Bleu" is the meeting place of locals and guests for coffee at the regulars' table, for a meal in between or for the grand dîner. The restaurant is characterized by its market-fresh and homemade products and a cuisine of Italian and Swiss specialties. It is famous for its Chateaubriand, the saddle of venison "Baden-Baden", the homemade pasta, the beef tartar as well as the cheese fondue, fondue chinoise or bourguignonne.
Here, every guest is sure to find something to his taste!
