Capuns Kochkurs in Flond

The typical Graubünden dish "Capuns" is widely known and is prepared differently in every kitchen. We reveal the secrets of chard wraps and the different ways of preparing them.
from 09.00 a.m.: Arrival of the course participants in the kitchen of the multi-purpose facility in Flond with coffee and croissants we fortify ourselves for the cooking class.
09.30 a.m.: Under expert guidance we prepare the Capunsteig, wrapping and cooking.
12.00 noon: In a special ambience we enjoy the home-made capuns.
