Our retreat is aimed at people who want to take a conscious break from everyday life to recharge their batteries, create clarity and enjoy the health-promoting effects of nature. Our retreat helps you to consciously go offline, to interrupt the constant flow of information and to get back in touch with yourself. The combination of forest bathing and nature-based workshops with and in the mountain landscape gives you the tools to reduce stress and regain your inner peace. What you can expect:
Daily 2–3 hours Shinrin Yoku / Forest bathing: We dive deep into the forest, away from the frequented hiking trails, connect with nature and let the senses come to rest. Guided mindfulness exercises in the forest help you to slow down and find inner peace. In addition, you will receive instructions to take home on how to practice simple mindfulness exercises at home in the forest.
Daily Qi Gong sequences: to relax body and mind, increase your life energy and bring attention into balance.
Nature workshops: Various workshops invite you to sharpen your perception and concentrate on the essentials. We will discover the landscape smelling and learn to make our own incense sticks.
Pure nature in the mountain village of Tschlin: Tschlin, a picturesque Engadine mountain village, offers you the perfect backdrop for your personal time-out. Surrounded by mountains and forests, you will experience pure nature and absolute silence.
Cozy accommodation: You will stay in a lovingly designed apartment in a typical Engadine house in the middle of the village. Here you will find a simple but cosy single room, a shared bathroom, a kitchen and a typical Engadine parlour.
Cooking and enjoying together: In our kitchen we cook together with fresh, regional products on some evenings, on other days we let ourselves be cooked. The vegetarian meals with local ingredients are another moment of mindfulness to enjoy consciously.

We offer the Mindfulness Retreat during two different seasons:
6 to 9 June 2025 - on the long Whitsun weekend, when summer awakens, the landscape shines in fresh green and the meadows are full of mountain flowers.
2 to 5 October 2025 - when the larches shine golden, the light is particularly intense and the first snow may already be on the mountain peaks.
Program:
Day 1: Start at 1:00 pm with a simple lunch, an introduction to forest bathing, a welcome aperitif and a leisurely dinner.
Days 2 & 3: daily forest bathing, mindfulness practice, nature workshops (see "what to expect" for details) and 3 freshly prepared meals daily.
Day 4: Mindfulness practice & workshop in the morning as well as a harmonious closing ritual, farewell after lunch together at about 2:00 p.m.
